    Reserve Bids

You can specify the minimum price you will accept for your horse on sale day, by way of a reserve bid. This means that you can state the absolute rock bottom price you are willing to accept for your horse. Reserve bids lessen the chance of your horse being sold. For this reason reserve bids must be purchased according to the following chart at the time of entry into the auction. This is known as a "Passout Fee":

Reserve Bid (The minimum bid you will accept)Passout Fee
Less than $2,500$50 (on top of entry fees)
$2,500 to $5,000 $75 (on top of entry fees)
