Woodline will take your horse on consignment, and help get them sold on your behalf. Woodline advertises its sales barn on about 15 seperate website classifieds, in local businesses, and several horse publications.
Horse's in our consignment program have a full page add on our website, and exposed to regular buyer traffic here at Woodline. Consignment with us also has the added incentive of our heavily promoted upcoming auction, as the visitors to our auction site will also be exposed to our non-auction sales page, and thus your horse.
All offers made will be presented to the owner.
In the event of a sale, we will provided all known medical records and history, and pre-purchase exams or vetting will be left to the potential buyers discretion. Should the buyer decide to proceed with a vetting, they will be responsible for all related expenses. All sales are subject to a 10% comission to be paid to Woodline as agent.
Consignment horse's must obviously be boarded at our facility at regular rates. During that time, the owner's are responsible for all regular maintenance costs (ie- farrier, vet, vaccines, worming, etc). Owners may chose between indoor, paddock, or pasture board. If the horse needs polishing, training, or regular excercising we offer those services at an additional rate. We also have an on-site farrier, and grooms to keep your horse looking tip top.

Woodline offers various financing and leasing options to potential buyers. We work with buyers on a case by case basis to find the right course of action to get them riding their new horse. New Owner's can often benefit from "getting their feet wet" with our in-barn lease options... enjoy all the benefits of horse ownership such as lessons and showing, without the cost of purchasing.
Other's may be ready to move on to ownership, and find the initial purchase price, cost of vetting, and purchase of equipment would be better financed over 6 months or a year...
