aka Mason is a 2008 registered Oldenburg Stallion who I hope will progress into a successful show jumping Stallion. His recently past away imported sire "Lesanto" was a successful sport stallion in many disciplines. He competed in Grand Prix show jumping until he was 13, and then switched to dressage and competed up to intermediate. He was also stallion of the year for 2 years in a row and many of his offspring have gone on to be very successful in the show ring.
Mason's dam has just as impressive a record as his sire. Paloma is an imported WB mare, and has had an impressive show jumping career. Before being imported to the US she had won over 60000 euro in prize money in grand prix rings, and continued the success in the U.S. by winning over $125K! She has been shown by such great riders as Meredith Michaels Beerbaum and Laura Kraut. She retired at 18 to start a new career as a broodmare and Mason is her first foal.
With a pedigree like this, you can imagine we have pretty high hopes for little Mason.
